Fusion 1.6 and 1.5 Blow Off Valve Adapters are here! We are now taking orders for the first batch which will ship next week. We know they fit but want to give a couple more days of testing before anything gets sent out. This simple bolt on adapter works on all 2013+ 1.5 and 1.6 Ecoboost engines to give you that turbo venting noise everyone loves. Its silicone seal also ensures that it stays significantly more resistant to leaks than the factory seal. Only 69.99 shipped.

Just to clarify - it's free if I DON'T want it to sound like that?  :)

lol precisely. Most Fusion owners will not care about this modification. But for those that love the sound of modified turbo cars it's a cheap fun mod.

Let me ask this because I'm new to the turbo world. What kind of affect does this have on the engine minus the sound?

No change to the engine or performance - it only changes the sound.

I also read on a another Ford forum there's a case to be made for (certain turbo parts) longevity?

www.fordescape.org/forum/engine-technical-discussion/15050-installed-turbosmart-blow-off-valve.html

hopefully the link is ok I had type in in manually as none of the 3 "paste-as" options above seem to function. What's the trick there? different browser? I'm using IE at the moment.
