Hi

I need help. I have ford fusion titanium 2013. Yesterday my car's bettery was dead so, I called my friend to boost bettery with booster cable. I don't know what had happen to my music system after that my touch screen is working only for navigation and climate control. I cannot access to music and there is no voice in speakers aswell. Can please anyone help me with this. My car is out of warrenty now.

Is there any way I can correct this issue ?

Thank you.

Go into the settings and do the factory reset

you'll lose some settings, but everything else should come back
