  1. Welcome aboard. Haven't heard much about paint problems from others.
  2. Congratulations on your new FFH. Welcome to the site, post up a pic of your White Beauty.
  3. The dude got banned!!! See Ya...............
  4. Oops, that was a hell of a type error, that wheel would have been HUGE, thanks & corrected.
  5. Well, you have to get the correct bolt pattern (5x114.3), and you need to keep the offset in the acceptable range, which will vary on size and width of the rim. There are tons of choices, you will soon see.
  6. Those TSW's are nice, and they should fit on there fine. Keep us posted. If you like that link, this one is filled with much more information. http://www.wheelsmaster.com/rt_specs.jsp
  7. Well, since you're in Texas, just search for all-season or performance tires on Tirerack.com. There is a survey comparing a nice selection of similar tires. You can see which are available in your size and then you can go to any tire dealer shop and request them. There are quite a few that are good tires, and you'll get some good opinions here. Good luck on your search.
  8. I don't think this can easily be done. There is a different light switch & a sensor on the dash to detect light. Not to say that this cannot be done, but maybe there is some aftermarket kit that can be installed. Good Luck with this...
  9. Congrats on your new Fusion purchase, now the wait begins! You're gonna love it, a real change from your F-150, the 4 cylinder will be a hell of a lot better at the pump. Post up some pics when it arrives. Welcome to the fusion family.
  10. A wheel with an offset of 42 will be 2 mm closer to the vehicle than an offset 0f 40. 2 millimeters is 1/16 th of an inch, so that much wouldn't be an issue, depending on the width of the rim of course. So the less the offset is, the farther out the wheel will sit. Check out this Offset calculator and put in your #'s to help you choose some new wheels. Good Luck. http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
  11. Congrats on your Fusion Hybrid purchase. Welcome to the site, post up a pic of that green machine in the sunlight.
  12. Welcome to the site.
  13. Congrats on your new Fusion. You can remove the lettering with some fishing line, just slide it behind the letters with some wiggling. Then remove the adhesive with some tar & bug remover. My letters just peeled right off when the weather was warm. Welcome to the forum, post up a pic... Don't forget to wax that spot when you're finished.

    hola!

Congrats on your purchase, looks good. Welcome to the forum.
  15. Congrats on your purchase. Looks like it's been taken care of, enjoy!
  16. The rim itself looks quite large compared to the SEL 17' wheels, don't miss those at all. The wheels came with brand new GY/RSA's, I've only driven in dry weather, and it handles much better than the 17's. Luckily when it snows, my car gets covered and I don't think a snowflake has hit it yet.
  17. Yeah, it was a great deal if you ask me. There is a set on Ebay now, bid starts at $1100 or Buy It Now for $1300. I don't think you'll find them for what I got them for, but happy hunting. Good luck.
  18. I really lucked out and got em for $750.

  21. With my stereo, I feel like Sirius sounds better than FM Stations. Crystal clear and cranks up pretty damn good for stock equipment.
  22. He's only doing this to mount a bike rack. Nobody is stupid enough to tow with a 4 cyl, right?
