I've got a moonroof in mine and I'm 6'3". On the test drive I was wearing a baseball cap and if I sat up perfectly straight, the top would rub against the roof. I lowered the seat a bit and have had no issues since.

DId you guys ever get this fixed or are you just living with it? I just got a 2012 Sport with AWD and I thought I noticed something around 40mph the other day. I didn't discover this thread until today, so I can't say for sure if the problem is on my car or not. I only have 212 miles so far.

I just bought a Sport for $7K under sticker. Now's a great time to buy if you want a 2012.

I traded in a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Among the various issues it had were the hardtop panels filling with water, the fuel tank dumping gas back out when you filled it up, an EGR valve that locked up and needed to be replaced, a serious cylinder misfire that made the Jeep undrivable (it spent nearly 2 weeks at the dealer before they figured that out), it rattled, it shook, the shifter had a tendency to violently kick itself out of first gear, it started losing over a quart of oil every 1000 miles with no signs of any leaks. Pretty much all of this started happening in the past year. It was a fairly good vehicle for about 3 1/2 years. Now I'm rockin' an Ingot SIlver Sport with AWD and even though the gas mileage isn't great, it's still a few mpg better than that Jeep.

Hello! Just brought home a brand new 2012 Fusion Sport AWD in Ingot Silver. I love this car so far and am looking forward to learning more about it from the folks here. I bought the Sport after learning about the transmission issues some folks are having with the 6F35. I wanted to hopefully get a trouble-free and reliable vehicle. I just traded in a Jeep Wrangler that was having engine issues at only 57,000 miles and don't want to go through that again. Anyway, loving the Fusion so far. I knew I was going to buy it the second I sat in it.
