Thanks. I test drove a 2010 I-4 and it is a bit / noticeably faster than my fusion. I also drove a 07 v6 with 85 miles on it and it's also faster, sounds good and SO much better than the I-4.. but really.. that's the only difference. After, my girlfriend and I had the same conclusion that it's not worth the price difference. Especially after the novelty of speeding off and hearing the engine wore off. However, the difference between my 08 I-4 and a 2010 v6 hasn't been established. The price difference between what I've got + the new 2010's int and ext look, plus the euphoric sounds of the v6 could be worth it. For now, I'm just going to look for the SEL wheels and focus on customizing my car more.

It irritates me that I can buy a similar year and mileage v6 for less than what I owe on my i4.. But that's beside the point.. I'm considering buying a 2010 fusion.. and maybe do it right by a v6. Is there a comparison list or anything for changes through the model years? Any one on here owned several Fusions? What are your thoughts on likes and dislikes?

So anyway.. I never expressed concern over tint darkness/tint laws or legalities. Troubles I asked about... and found... The black dots on the front and rear glass are really bad for tint. It's not sticking to them and you can't scrape them off and tint over them. Why I asked to begin with was to see about above such issues and see what others have done. I have no idea what to do right now.

I've got an appointment for Tuesday to get the windows tinted. I was told they only have 3 kinds, 35%, 15% and something darker. I'm guessing I'm going to go with 15% and likely an "eyebrow". My Fusion already has the solar tint, or what ever it's called. It's pretty light. I'm wondering if there's anything I need a heads up about. (edit) Like on my Crown Vic, they took the connector to the in-glass radio antenna off when they tinted and I had no reception until I figured it out. When they went to fix it, they scratched the tint. I'd also like to see your tinted rides, how dark did you go, etc.
