So you are saying you have to pull the Trans out of the vehicle to change the trans filter ? If that is true then that is messed up big time.

I have a 2018 Fusion with the 1.5T engine. This car has the stop-start feature so when you stop at a stop light or any time you stop the engine cuts off and starts back up when you take your foot off of the brake. How much does Ford claim this will in crease your fuel mileage % wise ?

I run 93 octane in both of my 1.5 EcoBoost Fusions because of the vales carbon issues.

It could be carbon build up on vales since that is DIG engine 1.5 EcoBoost. Also could be a injector.

Ok i just got a 2016 fusion with the 1.5 ecoboost engine on 6 / 28/ 16it has a 150 miles on it today. Its seems like it has good power to me. The operators manual said to use regular 87 octane fuel but i have google and found where it said to use premium gas 92/93 octane. the compression on the engine is 10.0.1. Tell me the truth what to expect and what i need to do.
