As a matter of fact, I did replace the dome light with an LED light a few days ago. Will this get in the way of the remote start?

I bought the 11' sport version and the remote start worked just fine a week ago. Since then, every time I try to remote start it, it honks 3 times. I read the diagnostics and it said that a door should be open. All doors are close and I cant figure out whats going on. Any ideas?
