  1. Spoke to dealer. They had the parts and could do the recall. Trouble is, I would have to get the car there. This is about 75 miles away. tow would be $$$, time is a pain. Had a friend stop by the dealer and buy the parts, they would not give them to me. but for ~$8. not going to worry about it.
  2. Thanks. It’s the cable. It disconnected at the transmission arm. The bushing failed and it appears is under recall 22s43.
  3. Backed up my 2016 fusion titanium. When I went to shift it to drive, the handle moved with no problem but hitting the gas and I went backwards. Camera was still showing also. Put in park, turned off and now won’t start. Accessories power comes on but that’s about it. Point me in a direction please.
  4. I finished this project today. I ultimately used fuse 36 too. Rear view mirror. I had to do 2 things to get this in. File the fuse tap on all 4 sides to get it to insert Use a 2nd fuse tap with the wire removed to add heigth With that 90 degree wire, I just couldn't get the tap to seat. The additional tap worked like a champ. Ran the wire along the center console to the Cellink NEO battery under the passenger seat. The power runs up the passenger B pillar along to the Dash Cam behind the rear view mirror. Thanks for the input. DSipp
  5. Sorry if I wasn’t clear. Yes I have a tester and have identified fuses. What I am trying to convey is the fuse tap when seated, the 90 degree wire hit the edge of the fuse box. Preventing the fuse tap from seating fully. Which takes me back to my original question. What fuse did you use?
  6. Thanks for the suggestion but since I am using a battery to support parking mode, I don't think that will work.
  7. New to owning a Fusion(2016 Titanium) and new to the DashCam world. I bought the Thinkware F800 along with the Cellink NEO battery. I have the camera and battery installed and working just fine. I placed the battery under the passenger seat and it is currently connected to the power adapter in the center armrest. I want to connect to the fuse box under the dash and ran into these issues. At first the circuit tap or add-a-fuse if you prefer did not fit the box. I had to literally file the edges to get it to insert. But even after overcoming this, I still ran into physical limitations with the 90 degree wire on the tap. None of the fuses that I found that are powered on with the car would work! What fuse did you use and did it work? What am I missing?
