You can use an OBDII interface and Forscan software to access and reset the Power Steering Control Module and ABS module etc.
I intermittently get the power steering and advance trak messages, then lose all power steering. Hopefully it's just the tire you replaced but before you replace the electric steering rack ensure your control arm bushings, ball joints and alignment are correct and check tires for defects/wear again. I've read in numerous places that those are things that can trigger the steering codes. Ultimately it could be the steering rack but hopefully just the flat tire.
