  1. I use the bars, and had the problem where the historical bars disappeared every now and then. After having the dealer find no problems, and his Ford engineering contacts having no ideas, as I approached two years I contacted Ford directly. Basically I explained to them that although having the historical bars disappear every now and then was not a major problem, I wished it to be resolved before I hit my two year anniversary. The problem was elevated to a Customer Care Solutions Team and they had the dealer call the Engineering Hotline. Previously the dealer had gone through their engineering contacts at Ford. Dealer was instructed to run diagnostics again, again found nothing, and was then instructed to replace the entire instrument cluster. This happened on 5/3 and the problem has not reoccurred since. Hope this helps someone else.
  2. Update May 2011. After having this problem for the nearly two years that we owned the car, with no resolution, I contacted Ford directly. 3. I installed the front ones last week, took about 1 minute per side. Uses two existing clips, you drill 1 hole through plastic and you're done. Back ones just came in, they also do not say "Fusion" on them, just plain black. Picking them up today (2/3) late afternoon.
  4. My dealer got the front flaps in, but not the rear, and I picked them up. Part numbers are AE5Z-16A550-AA and -BA. The front flaps do NOT say "FUSION" on them like the prior years. They are plain black and so small as to seem useless.
  5. We'd actually like ours quieter in local driving but louder at highway speeds.
  6. My dealer called yesterday and told me that they have received a bulletin from Ford that they splash guards will be manufactured in the 2nd and 3rd weeks of December, so they MIGHT have them by end of the month. Since mine were part of the deal when I bought the car, the dealer will order them immeidately when available and call me to let me know when they arrive, and I will post that here.
  7. Thanks for the reply. The dealer actually had it last week to take readings off the system for the Ford engineers, so I assume they would have checked that. Ford engineers previously had no idea.
  8. 2010 Fusion Hybrid. Have had one master reset that others describe where things went to zero. However, have had the old, gray bars on the histogram disappear, leaving just the new bars and blank space. Happened several times, then got more frequent, now hasn't done it in weeks. Most times bars went away, one time they set to zero...
  9. So it's now November, and the promised "October" has come and gone. Ford site as of today still has no 2010 molded Hybrid mudflaps. Dealer last week said same thing. Ford - winter is coming. Time to release these so we don't ruin our cars with kicked up gravel and salt!
  10. Bought our Fusion Hybrid several weeks ago and there are no mudflaps as of last week. If we hear of them being available I will post it.
