  1. What procedure are you referring too? E-mails were a start. I thought Ford would do more than, well, basically F-all so now I have to try something else.
  2. It looks like I've been kicked to a guy named Harold. I bet he is the supervisor of Julie.... To which I replied; I'm interested to see where this goes. I'm hoping that we can get enough people together to contact Ford on this issue and make them take it seriously. EDIT: I've been thinking about it...... we all need to contact Ford about this. Screw the e-mail stuff, we need to call them. Once I have finished e-mail tag with Ford, I will get a no for us to call Ford so we reach the same person
  3. Update.... I expected the response below..... ....so I already had a draft of what I just e-mailed back.... The saga continues.....
  4. Update.... Received the following yesterday; I replied; I dealt with Ford before regarding the leather on my steering wheel flaking off. I found that Ford themselves are good at resolving issues but the dealership I use doesn't seem so helpful. By reading through this thread, it appears I am not the only one who has had a less than excellent experience with Ford's dealership. As the old saying goes, if you want to get something done, you got to speak to the organ grinder, not the monkey!
  5. Just received this; I replied with the following;
  6. I'm in the south east area of Pennsylvania. You?

  7. Hey Buster, I was just wondering what part of the country your from??

    It would be nice if we could get together with other FFF members and approach Ford as a group, strength is in numbers you know. Let me know what you think, Ciao.

  8. Same problem on my 2010 Sport..... I just had my inspection and service today and mentioned it to them. I have (and I imagine many other have) scraped the bottom of my front bumper and they said this is what caused it to be mis-aligned......... If I believe that, then I have bridge in London I want to sell ya...... EDIT: I just e-mailed the following to Ford; I will post any reply I receive in this thread
  9. I see a few people on the forum really liked the Bosch Icons so it's nice to see you had a positive experience with a Bosch wiper blades. i did see the ones you mentioned but I like the look of the icons. It still boggles my mind that a a brand new car has a problem with such a silly thing,...
  10. You'll be fine! The amount of charge being drawn from your Zune is nothing compared to what the battery can hold.
  11. It appeared as though the leather was bound too tight on my wheel which started to flake and crack. With much 'to-and-fro ' with the dealership, they finally changed it under warranty. The guy at the dealership said they had never seen this before (thus there hesitation to change it under warranty) but the wheel was on national back order....... So, has anyone else had this problem? BTW, my car is a 2010 Sport with black leather interior.
  12. After perusing through this site, I decided to purchase a set of Bosch Icon blades. I go them from Amazon for $30 a pair inc p&p Hopefully they will do the trick!
  13. I was coming back from Vermont last month in my 2010 and had to stop because the juddering was about to rip the car apart. It turns out, snow was packed inside the alloys and threw the wheels off balance when I was doing 40mph or over. I just shoved my hand inside the wheel and scooped the snow out. Problem solved!
  14. Which ones? http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/search.oap?year=2010&make=Ford&model=Fusion&vi=1444313&keyword=wiperblade I just want some wiper blades that don't judder! You'd think on a new car this wouldn't be a problem?!?
  15. So, I've had my 2010 Fusion Sport for about 8 months now and am now on my second set of factory wiper blades and now the darn juddering is back! Perusing the net, I see I'm not the only one with this problem.... These blades have to go, the juddering drives me nuts! Anyhoo, what are the best brand for replacements?
