  1. I use to have hids in my 08 fusion se but to have since then taken them out. They are a pain to get right because of the smart control junction box. The way that mine were set up was with chancellors to avoid a bulb out warning. And in the headlights you have to use a 55 watt kit. The fog lights you can use a 35 watt kit with out cancellors. You do not need a relay harnesses. I wouldn't advice putting them in your high beams because some kits can take up to 30 seconds to fully heat up which really defeats the proper use of your high beams unless your driving down a dark road where there is no one around. So in short for the low beams use a 55 watt kit with chancellors and in the fog lights just use a 35 watt kit or 55 watt kit(more expensive)
  2. i have always used the vvme kits i have an 8000k in my silver fusion i use to have 12000k in my old s10 but personally i think that the 8000k are white with a hint of blue the 12000k are pretty blue i would go with 10000k if i were u. now my fusion doesn't have daytime running lights but i found the i needed a 55w kit with message cancellors no problems at all. good luck.
  3. i came across this video that Fus1on. posted when i was looking at blacked out grilles. its exactly what your looking for.
