  1. Don't know a lot about cars. Where exactly would this be done?
  2. From the manual: Steeda has updated the shield of the cold air intake kit for the 2010 model year Fusion. The update is to provide space for an electrical connector that would interfere with the shield. Below is an illustration of the update on the shield. The edge of the removed section should be lined with the supplied rubber edge trim to prevent chafing of the associated connector and wires. This update will not affect the fitment or function on previous model years. Also, if you're thinking about buying the one listed in this thread, you're too late. I already got it installed. :D
  3. Don't think so. The 09 and the 10-11 have different model numbers.
  4. Have you updated your SYNC? I did, but the problem seems to have gone away before the update.
  5. Thank you. It added about an inch to my vision.
  6. Those are about the only thing I'm not liking about the interior. The rearview mirror feels way too low and blocks my vision when looking for things on the right side. The turn signal switch is too far and high, as I have to move my hand to use it. With other cars I've driven, I can use the switch just by moving a finger, not my hand. I was wondering if anyone felt the same way, and if there are mods that can fix these issues.
  7. I just got mine working. Now I have a question... How do you guys carry this with the rest of your keys? I'm currently using a lanyard, as that's all I can think of to fit through the double-hole at the bottom. I want something metallic though, I don't trust this lanyard method.
  8. Will try that when I get home, thanks.
  9. Water plus wipe doesn't seem to even wear down he dried gum on my grille. Any suggestions for cleaning this up w/o damaging my grille?
  10. How would one actually do these things, such as "use a fusetap" or "splice into a switched wire"? I'm a noob in regards to fuseboxes and other electricals, but I'd like for the 12v plug inside the console to be off along with the car.
  11. Is it possible that weather is affecting the satellites in your area?
  12. Didn't like the 2009 Honda Accord EX-L, and went for a 2011 Fusion SEL I-4. For a luxury trim, the Honda was missing bluetooth and universal garage opener. I also hear draft noises when driving high speed with high wind. Another thing that got me hating the Honda was the look of reflector lamps vs projectors. The Honda had sunroof, but it's rarely used here in Houston, and I didn't get that option for the Fusion. Some features Honda had that I missed in the Fusion was the opening between rear seats and trunk, also, the Honda would open all doors when I put the transmission in park. The Ford doesn't open all doors until I park and open the driver's door.
