For everyone that is thinking about doing a manual conversation on the 3.0l there are a few things that you will not be able to swap the Cv axals for the fusion will not fit neither will the mazdas you will have to get custom ones made to work with the manual trans on the fusion and tricking the stock ecu will not be as easy as some of you think that's if you can even trick it you would be looking more twords a stand alone ecu take it that alone will set you back over a grand than you got the custom cv axles your looking at spending at least 2 grand probably more I plan on doing the swap but it's all about how bad you want it

No I'm planning on making some long tube headers and getting new cams

The 3.0l fusion will do 6.9sec 0-60 with the traction control off stock iv done it on more then one occasion an I think it is more then possible to do 6.8 maybe even 6.7 stock because I did 6.9 in 12 degree weather with salt on the road so for the fact that the fusion can hit 60mph at 6.9 or better stock with the right Cai exhaust,headers and a good tune you could get the car to run 13.5sec in 1/4 if you can get better traction because the tires will spin like crazy for about 2.5sec with the tc off so. Feel free to disagree with me I just know from the cars iv had that if uk what ur doing and get the right parts ul be suprized

The fusion is underage iv smoked a infiniti g37x and a grand prix gtp in my 07 milan so 5k for a extra 100-250hp is not worth it I could turbo my car for that which is my plan anyways because supercharger wear the engine down faster then a turbo plus they don't have as much top end power plus there worse on fuel so IL stick with turbo

Hey I'm gonna be doing a full custom exhaust on my 07 mercury milan just not sure if there will be any problems with the long tube headers I'm going to be making for it sense I'm not using precats anymore. An I'm trying to find cams for it but havin no luck just need the thing to have more power it's fast but not nearly fast enough if anyone has any suggestions for more power let me know
