First, my apologies if I posted this in the wrong forum. Over the weekend I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD with only 26K miles on it from a Chevy dealership about 60 miles from where I live (Owner is a friend, better deal). Sunday, the car refused to start. When I depressed the break and pushed the start button, the dash area let out a couple clicks, and then the following error messages began cycling:
Check Rear Parking Aid, Blind Spot System Fault, Cross Traffic System Fault, AWD Malfunction Service Required, See Manual, Oil Pressure, etc.
About ten minutes later, it started fine and I had no issues. (Only after I opened and closed the trunk)
Then this morning, it did the same thing and I had to take my backup car to work.
It is definitely going to a local ford dealership as soon as I can get it there after work today. However, I was curious if anyone else had ever experienced this and what the problem was? Low voltage on the battery? On board computer problem?
Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
