I have a 2015 Ford Fusion Energi and my Sync system failed in October of 2017. I took it into the dealership for repair and they replaced it for a $100 deductible. Now, 5 months later the same thing happened and they are trying to claim that it isn't under warranty (eventhough they put in a brand new APIM less than 6 months ago) and are quoting me over $900 to repair the SYNC system. Has anyone else had issues with their APIMs? I see that there is an extended warranty of 5 years that covers APIMs for Fords that are 2011 to 2014 but somehow it doesn't extend to 2015? Any insights appreciated here since this doesn't feel right to me at all. Thanks!
