First of all please don’t act as if I’m lying because I have supported medical paper work from the ER of what my injuries were and 2 I have insurance with progressive and the claim reps name is David who INFACT told me that this is something that I need to get in touch with ford myself he said they don’t handle that portion

My head, neck and shoulder has been nothing but pain since this accident. I bought this car because of the safety features it claimed to have and if it’s not working properly I need to know why.
