Unfortunately I think you have just plain waited too long. I am under the impression there have been hardly any '09 models made since the first of the year. Of the local dealers here, I saw maybe 3 Fusions with blue seude. All seem to be V6 with SEL. A couple are silver, 1 is sport blue. I think all have moonroof. Unfortunately, I have seen the blue one at my dealer in the showroom, they have added an accessory body flare kit for $2,500 that I am sure they would love to sell. I am in Louisville KY by the way.
