  1. I found a step by step calibration on the Forscan website forum. Mine was a little different. I did not have anything that said "Rear Camera Calibration", instead mine said something like "Local Interconnect Network" I highlighted it and clicked the play button at the bottom. It to less than 10 seconds. It took me 30 minuted to get my cable to communicate. I found all of this info on the Forscan forum. Take a look at this "https://www.forscan.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=8197"
  2. Calibrated the rear camera with Forscan and it's working great now.
  3. Ford fixed their download page today and I downloaded 3.10 (the latest) and installed it. Still no active lines. I'm going to get me a cable and try to calibrate the camera with Forscan.
  4. Ford says they are aware of the issue with their website in regards to SW updates and are working on it.
  5. Just purchased a used 2014 Fusion Titanium with MFT. The ACTIVE guidelines (white) that are supposed to turn when you turn the wheel in reverse are not on the screen. I do have the green-yellow-red fixed guidelines and the black center line. Also, the zoom function does nothing. I looked at the SW version and it's 3.08.15128.EA.70_PRODUCT. I know I need to update to the latest version but Ford's website is having an issue where the download page shows a rotating circle. I contacted them via chat and they said they are aware of the issue on their website and are working on it. I have went to the settings and there is no way to select on/off for the active or fixed guidelines. I have a couple of questions: 1- What is the latest version of the SW? 2- Is it possible that my car does not have active guidelines and only fixed guidelines? The screen below is what I have in settings. I have tried to turn off/on both the "Enhanced Parking Aids" and "Rear Camera Delay" with no luck. Any guidance would be appreciated.
