I thought there were things I should not use, I was hoping for some experience with something that works well. Thanks I will look up the plug in the manual, is the recommended plug the best one to use?

I have lost 2-3 MPG on my long term average over the last 2 years. I am pushing 100k miles. I am assuming it about time for spark plugs and some other maintenance. is there a preferred spark plug? Any sort of injector/intake cleaner that works and is good to use with turbo? Anything else I should look into?
