Could Ford ever do a RWD Fusion or have it as an performance option. I'm so sick and tired of the FWD setup sedans. If they can make the LS and CrownVics etc etc RWD. Why not the Fusion. I don't see no damn FWD Fusion NASCAR on the track

Time for some new blood to enter the 2 door RWD world. The mustang bag name is quite OLD. I would rather hear and see Cougar than some old horse.

Go with the Mazda6 with the MTX V6 or the Mazdaspeed6 if she likes a boosted 4cyclinder.

I would of jumped all over this car if it was a manual with the V6. But to really get me out of my mazda6 and into a fusion. Ford needs to get more power to compete with cars like the Accord,Altima (SE-R), Maxima, etc etc..... I hope the SVT version comes soon. Hopefully later on this year.

I'm all for this idea. Let's get the Ford brand back on top of the sedan Pedestal. I wish they had this option in my mazda6s. Damn car slings me around to much.

I say give this car a nice 3.5 Duratec, maybe a supercharged version later, 6-speed auto and manual model, AWD, RWD options, and slap a nice Mercury Cougar nameplate on it. Also create a coupe version of this. BTW could someone do a photoshop on this car and make it a 2 door coupe?

Yo, I'm all for a new Cougar with AWD and some bite under the hood. The name by itself makes you think this car would be AWD, very fast, and a great handling light car.

I would love a 2 door coupe version with a AWD option V6 (3.5l) or hell be different that the norm and make in a RWD coupe like your Ford Fusion *cough* NASCAR, car that sports high hp and RWD I would keep my Mazda6s and buy a 2 door Fusion quick.

I see that my scan pic is still floating around. I hope the SVT mirrors that pic. Its not over the top or boring looking. Very aggressive.
