  1. I have a 2007 Fusion V6 AWD it's been a great car I have 175000km on it now and recently had to get my left front wheel bearing replaced around 172000km. I also put 2 new rotors in the front around 173500km. Ever since the bearing was done i've had a vibration at higher speeds and it drives me crazy and i'm not sure why it started. So I was just wondering if anyone eles has had any problems with high speed vibrations and what they did to fix it. I got the Ford dealer where I bot the car to do the bearing for $480 and did the rotors myself and this vibration has nothing to do with the brakes or rotors so i'm thinking Ford might have made a mistake? but wanted to see if other people had this problem before I get Ford to check the car because they would have to take the wheel hub apart again and if they don't find anything there going to charge me and I would be very unhappy if they charged me to look in the wheel hub. I checked it out when I had the tire off and everything looks good for the suspension. Thanks in advance for any help I can get on this problem.

  2. My 2007 Fusion SE AWD drives amazingly with 116000 km today the dealer found my PTU is full of metal shavings so they are replaceing my PTU covered 100% under my warranty love the car and am glad my warranty was good for something no leaks from the PTU and still drives good the new one will be in the car on tuesday. And I live up north in Canada so the car gets very cold in the winter.
