When you say the SCT tuner hardware didn't support the vehicle, do you mean the stuff on your end that you write the tunes with, or the x3? I don't quite understand how the hardware didn't support it but suddenly does without any firmware or software updates on the device.
Probably a dumb question as I am pretty sure I know the answer already, but I'm going to ask it anyway. If I buy your tunes without the restricter insert and need to return my car to stock for service do I have to put the insert back into the CAI before flashing back to stock?
Got a couple more questions too, while I'm at it.
Also, if I already have an x3 how long does it take to get your tunes? If, for some reason, my car gets flashed at the dealer during a service appointment, will you replace the tunes with a new strategy, how much would that cost me?
