When you say the SCT tuner hardware didn't support the vehicle, do you mean the stuff on your end that you write the tunes with, or the x3? I don't quite understand how the hardware didn't support it but suddenly does without any firmware or software updates on the device. Probably a dumb question as I am pretty sure I know the answer already, but I'm going to ask it anyway. If I buy your tunes without the restricter insert and need to return my car to stock for service do I have to put the insert back into the CAI before flashing back to stock? Got a couple more questions too, while I'm at it. Also, if I already have an x3 how long does it take to get your tunes? If, for some reason, my car gets flashed at the dealer during a service appointment, will you replace the tunes with a new strategy, how much would that cost me?

I was looking around for custom tunes for my 11 Sport since Steeda says they can't do them yet and found morepowertuning.com. I sent him the PCM code and strategy read from my X3 and he says that he has support for my strategy. He is supposed to be sending me a stock tune based on that strategy to try before I pay him for custom tunes. I am pretty sure I had read somewhere else that he can tune for removing the Steeda CAI restrictor tube as well, but am waiting on confirmation of that from him. Anyone have any feedback on this place?

Has anyone put any universal mufflers on a 2010-2011 Sport? Just wondering how the 3.5L would sound with some Borla or Magnaflow universals as I can't really drop the money for the full cat-back right now. Any sound/video clips would be greatly appreciated, as well as part numbers for what will fit if anyone has done it.

Just got my CAI installed in my 11 Sport this weekend. My butt-dyno tells me it made a little improvement, can definitely hear the difference at WOT, not too noticeable during normal driving. Now if SCT would just start supporting the 2011 3.5L I would be a happy camper, already got the tuner, just waiting on tunes.

Just had this happen on my 2011 Sport that I just picked up two weeks ago. It has happened to me twice already since then. Anyone know if there is a TSB that would cover the 3.5l v6?
