  1. Few items for sale as I am returning my Fusion to stock for resale purposes. Both items were installed at the same time and only have 30K on them. First to Paypal to bradfordrk@gmail.com gets them. Steeda Ford Fusion Lowering Springs (06-12) V6 - Steeda Part Number 555-8302 These springs were new when purchased and worked great. Chipping paint was sanded down and all the springs were spray painted with Rustoleum Gloss Blue paint. They are brighter than the stock Steeda dark blue. I am not a professional painter so take them as they are. Would like $180 shipped for them. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BwYmkWjQ6chNflNTYlhQZ29GOE1TUmFwZlpGX2IxcjdIVUpZX1lRU0hXRTRWR0U1VWY5aWs&usp=sharing Steeda Ford Fusion Hood Strut Kit (06-12) - Steeda Part Number 555-0652 The hood kit was also new when purchased, no instructions are included for install but you can download them from Steeda's website. Would like to get $80 for them. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BwYmkWjQ6chNfjU1cWZzM05fWFFYVmpna2ZtRjBwZ1c0aURxSk5rUWdUc1VzVEZZUC1sZEU&usp=sharing
  2. Does anyone know if the blower motor problems could be a potential lemon law claim? This will be my second one in 6 months and I am confident a third/fourth are in the future. I am getting sick of it and my '11 only has 40K.
  3. I'm not sure that I understand why the 3.5L is better than the 3.0L. I guess speaking as 3.0L owner, I am biased but the extra 200 lbs in the block only gets you an additional 20 HP. I can make up that difference with a Steeda 93 tune and K&N filter. Probably more with the Steeda CAI but that sound is way too annoying. And so far I haven't had any transmission issues (knock on wood). Anyway back to the thread, I would definately add the Steeda Race Sway Bar and Steeda Rear EndLinks. The best investment I have made was the Steeda lowering springs coupled with the Bilstein HD shocks. The ride quality is sacrificed, but the cornering is amazing. Get a professional to do an alignment more meant for racing. This guy in Wisconsin did mine after noticing that our rear end is fully adjustable. He told me he took the camber and toe in for better cornering speeds and so far I have been getting an additional 80 miles per fill-up with just highway driving. He said after looking at it, Ford's factory camber and toe specs are very poor in practicality. I can't argue with his logic after seeing the results... But make sure you get a better sway bar to handle this type of adjustment.
  4. I found someone selling the Steeda street sway bar for $60 bucks on eBay. It is good enough for me, I really don't want to break the stock endlinks.
  5. Is anyone interested in these Rims? I can get some more upclose pictures of the tire treads and wheels! Just send me an email to bradfordrk@gmail.com.
  6. Does no one really know somebody who is selling or can sell brand new progess sway bars?
  7. For sale are my Factory Ford 18” Machined Aluminum Wheels and Goodyear Eagle Low-Profile Tires. The Rims are 10 Spoke with Painted Pockets and the Ford logo in the middle (Offset: 44mm, 18" x 7.5", 5 Lugs, 10 Spokes Finish: Machined with Charcoal Pockets). Tires are V Rated Performance Goodyear Eagle RS-A P225/45R 18's. These rims are in great condition as you can see on the pictures. None of them have been curbed. The rims and tires only have 20k miles of them. I would guesstimate the tires have 30% tread left. With the tires and the condition of the rims, I think $850 is fair. I would prefer to do local pickup, up to 75 miles from St. Louis. Otherwise I would like to ship via Greyhound. I have done this before with many big items assuming there is a greyhound station in your town. If that doesnt work, a different mode of shipping will have to be arranged. Buyer pays all shipping costs. PM me or send me an email to bradfordrk@gmail.com if interested.
  8. Does anyone on this forum personally sell the Progress Rear Sway Bars? I am looking for one for my '11 Fusion and have found the prices online pretty steep. Has anyone noticed a difference between the Progress and the Steeda Race Rear Sway Bars? I just want to firm up the rear with the best replacement from stock.
  9. Interested in the Steeda Springs, email me at bradfordrk@gmail.com and we can talk price. Thanks, Rob
  10. This Sal guy is trying to rip me off. I am talking to another person there to get a good deal on the tuner only. I like my K&N filter better. Anyway I will let you know the price they quote me if you are still in the market. Also, how hard was the projector retrofit? I am wondering if I really have to cut into the stock headlight assembly. I had been running an HID Kit in the stock projector, but want to do it right since I just fried a Smart Junction Box, never installed a relay (luckily...

Someone there quoted me an OK deal for the tuner pack not too long ago, but I don't remember the price. You and I could always split the price of an unlocked tuner and then just buy the tunes ourselves.

You do have to cut the rear of the housing no way around it. I bought a test light to figure it all out and experiment on, and cutting was only way. I would be happy to help (pretty sure you are in STL too).

I am getting a price of 349 but trying the other sales reps to get it down to 300-320. I will forward you the deal if I get it. I am from St. Louis. I live in Webster Groves. I am thinking about retrofitting my HIDs but am debating cutting up my stock headlight assembly. How much did you spend total on the projectors and HID kits. Also how did you mod the fog lights?

  11. Sal, I have a 2011 Ford Fusion 3.0L FFV. What type of deal can you swing me for the SCT Tuner and Tunes. I do not know my PCM code. Looking for a great deal.

Okay I guess I will bite the bullet. How does this work since I do not know my PCM?

  12. Hi, my name is Rob. I saw that you bought some stuff from Sal at Steeda and I was curious as to if you bought the tuner from Steeda and what price they gave it to you for. I just want to negotiate a good price with him.
