  1. Nobody on the entire forum has any clue as to what I'm talking about? Here's a part number I found on a piece of what's behind the bumper cover, does anyone know if this can be ordered seperately and where would I get it?
  2. Hello all, A girl rear-ended me a while back and I never have gotten the car fixed. I see painted OEM bumpers on eBay for around $500 and wanted to ask if that's what I needed. As you can see, the bumper that I have on the car isn't in that poor of shape and I muscled it back onto the car for the mostpart. My real question is, when I started to snoop around, I found that the black plastic that holds the bumper cover on is the only thing that really it broken and why the painted cover won't go back on flush. Is this black plastic by itself something that can be replaced, does Ford sell just this black plastic keeper? I would imagine it would be much cheaper if an option and wanted to know what everyone thought. Anyone have a part number or is this attached directly to the bumper cover and you have to buy it all together? Please let me know your thoughts either way, thank you! Bill
  3. anyone have a diagram that shows the mounting points on the interior door panels for a 2010 Fusion? Would like to visually see how I'll be removing it. thanks all!
  4. Hello all, Lost the cap to my washer fluid resevior and would like to replace if possible. Anyone have a part number for me? Also, is there a generic cap that will fit? Thanks in advance. Bill
  5. thanks guys: Smokestone HG Ford code: M7148 also go the interior door handle to operate so at least now the door works, so far.... Bill
  6. thanks for the feedback. Found a new one on eBay that is painted to match, any idea where I can find my paint code on my 2010? Bill
  7. Is it that simple? Does the exterior door handle have an inner piece that would go inside the painted plastic, or are these manufactured/painted as one piece? What is causing the interior door handle to fail and the door to become useless, is there anything I can do temporarily until I get the replacement exterior handle? Will I have to remove the interior door panel for the install, and if so does anyone have a basic diagram that shows how to remove one? Bill
  8. Hello all, So the door handle is off and when I hit the unlock button the mechanism tries three times and fails. The door cannot be opened from the inside either. What do I need to do? Bill
  9. Hello all, I have a set of Eibach front springs for my 2010 Fusion. If I install only the front springs, will I have to add aftermarket struts/shocks or will the stock suspension suffice? Any feedback would be grealy appreciated, thank you. Bill
  10. from online research: The Explorer 18" wheel for 2011-2012-2013 has an opening of 67.1mm so it would be the same hub bore, thus 2013 18x7.5's removed from an Explorer should work on any 06-12 Ford Fusion.
  11. I am starting to think the wheels aren't off a 2013 model actually, the part number is: 9E5J-1007-AA - maybe original equipment on an Explorer, would that make sense?
  12. so even though they are both 5x114.3 bolt patterns the holes are located differently? Bill
  13. Hello again, I appreciate the reply. Can anyone please explain the difference in the years, what makes them not work? William Kramer
  14. Hello all, I thought I remembered hearing that 2013 was a different bolt pattern and the new rims wouldn't fit my 2010 fusion. I currently have 17 steel wheels with plastic hubcaps and would like to upgrade to 18" factory OEM alloy wheels from a 2013. My question is if they will fit, are they both the same? desired rim specs: 2013 FORD ACC WHEELS Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3 Hub Bore: 67.1 Rim Width: 7.5 Offset: 44 If so, what size tire should I put on the 18's? Should I stick with the 2010 Fusion Sport sized tire (I know this 18" wheel/tire package would fit my car and don't know if the size of tire changed between years) any feedback and help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance. Bill
