  1. 2019 Order Guide is out now. The V6 Sport now gets everything standard as base package (moon roof/sound/nav/heated wheel etc.) also including copilot 360 suite. Ebony now replaces grey interior, which is good news to some. carries over existing sport front bumper, but takes on the slight refreshed rear bumper on 2019s.
  2. Looks like 2019 The Fusion Sport is kinda going out with a slight bang.... for 2019. It is now fully loaded as standard, everything in all upgrade packages are now standard and the sport is now just 1 base package. gets slight rear bumper refresh and finally a black interior! Would have been a better bang if it had a 8 speed like the Edge ST.
  3. 2019 now more items standard on SEL and above trims. Well I know from reviews that a lot of potential Sport buyers were put off by the grey interior, well 2019 now brings ebony intgerior back to the Fusion sport, so maybe it will attract more buyers to a Sport and now everything is Standard in a Sport. no more packages. per the 2019 order guide, a Sport is now offered fully loaded with everything even heated steering wheel and moon roof plus the full copilot360. only price upgrades are the premium colors.
  4. 2019 just got a slight bumper refresh.... but no idea if the Sport front gets the partial refresh.
  5. My 3.5 NA is still running strong, at 65K miles now
  6. I think the ST version of the Edge looks worse than the Sport (especially the exhaust outlets)
  7. The other question regarding seats, will the sport trim even offer ebony later on? the only option is some earth grey which is not dark in person. I only like ebony
  8. I lost interest kinda in the 2017 sport trim. no ebony leather available. the dark earth grey in videos and photos is a bit too light for my tastes. maybe 2018/2019 will bring ebony or charcoal as an option for the sport trim...
  9. I looked at new updates on this MKZ and build guide. The pricing gets lost a bit with the mix of options. they never made the rear LED bars solid, which looks very outdated now. If the Fusion 2017 refresh has solid bars and a tesla like shape in the rear which looks sharp, yet the new 2017 MKZ did not refresh the rear lighting.... Maybe we should wait a year or so to maybe see if they update it a little? the front is nice and one of the wheel options looks very nice, the black pocket one, but cannot have it if you get the sport tuned package, the pinwheel is the sport tuned MKZ wheel
  10. I am gonna sit around and wait to see if Magnaflow or Borla makes a cat-back for this. It will look much better with flared and wider exhaust tips, more like the Acura TL Type-S than a Grand Am GT
  11. I am satisfied with every new feature of the new 2017 Fusion Sport. but kinda would miss a regular shifter. The wheels are nice, but I am kinda not getting the dark gun metal as a good color to go with certain paints. It sure will look good on Magnetic / White / Silver / Black though. Would be nice if they smoked the rear chrome trim like the previous 11/12 Sport vs the other 2017 trims
  12. Really would be a great deal if the Fusion ST comes out and it has this same powertrain instead of the 2.7L mentioned
  13. hope the rear even it is unchanged is no longer pixelated
  14. Wait on the Fusion ST if it happens, the quad tips look cool, but I want to know the actual HP that will be provided, might not be worth it at 300. would be nice to be Taurus SHO territory at least for a lighter and smaller sedan also with AWD. I am hoping it is 350 HP at least, of course needs to still allow the market for the 5.0 mustangs.
  15. Just wanted to share that I did bite the bullet and replace my Steeda Oiled Filter with the Amsoil Universal Air Filter which does not require oil. the nice catch is the material is already blue just like the Steeda if it has been oiled. The performance seems to be no gain or loss. It appears to work just fine as a substitute. I used Amsoil EAAU6075-EA which did fit the exact dimensions of the Filter used either in the 3.0 or 3.5 CAI set up. It does not come with inverted cone, but has nice chrome top with engraved Amsoil logo. All you have to do during cleaning is just vacuum the outside of it or blow air inside to loosen dirt on the outer filter area. This is the Filter after 500 miles.
