We're thinking about buying a 2012 Fusion and am wondering what features aren't available now that will be available later on the 2012? For example, it sounds like the navigation system won't be available until November. Are there any other features we'd be missing out on if we bought a 2012 now instead of later this year or early next year? Thanks!

We are looking to replace my wife's car with a 2012 Fusion. I currently have a 2009 Mercury Mariner myself, and have been through the "fun" of the 6F35 transmission. Let's just say that I don't want to go through it again. Have they resolved the problems with the 6F35 transmission on the 2012 Fusions? Would it be a good idea to avoid it and go with the Sport or Lincoln MKZ (which I'm assuming don't use the 6F35 transmissions)? Or, is it safe to go with the 2.5 or 3.0 Fusion?
