2011 SE 4 cyl, Dealer a rating of 7 Car a rating of 7 at 5,000km Suspension issues. very noisy clunking when going over bumps. They had to replace 3 different things before they found the cause. at 20,000km complained of front brakes felt like they were warped, they replaced both the front and back rotors now at 37,000km the car has just started to idle a little rough and I just had the engine light come on so I will have to see what's wrong with it this afternoon.

I think the only rare thing about the SE's is the manual transmission and in Tuxedo Black, it took my dealer a little bit of time to find one. They had try to stick me with an automatic but when I insisted that they don't charge me for it because it's an option I don't want they magically found one the next day.

So I went to the dealer yesterday, and because I didn't get the block heater option when I bought the car. It will now cost me 450 bucks to have it installed. I can have a car starter installed for around 250 bucks so I just might do that.

Well I have started to build a bit of a friendship with one of the service reps,(I just give him the blank service survey everytime I get it and have him fill it out) So maybe I'll ask him to have installed on my car free of charge!

Well I guess Ford thinks it doesn't get cold enough in Canada because I couldn't find mine AT ALL on my 2011 SE.....I looked under the Fan shroud, alond the prop rod....every where.

I live near Toronto Canada....Actually I have a friend of mine who recommended a shop to me and he said that I can ask the guys to try a couple of different mufflers on the car before they weld it on just to see if I like the sound, so I think I will go and take my car there for a quote.

I never even thought of Meineke, I have a shop 10 minutes from my house....I just emailed them for a quote. I will try to take a picture tomorrow. I'll have to jack up the car. When I do I'll send you the pic....The cheapest I found the muffler for was 75 bucks, and with a chrome tip that's probably another 40-50 so I would say 225 to 250 sounds fair.

Well apparently going to my local mechanic to have the exhaust replaced isn't going to be as easy as I thought. I brought my car over to have it up on a hoist to see if he can handle the job. Man is that OEM muffler huge! and it doesn't help that the Inlet goes in right at the left corner of the muffler which is sitting right behind the coil spring mount. So I have to go to a Custom performance shop to have it all done....got a quote of 350 from one place, shopping around for a couple of other quotes!

Well after spending way too much time on youtube listening to exhaust sounds I have decided to get the flowmaster super 44 with a chrome exhaust tip. I have heard some fusion with straight pipes which would absloutely drive me nuts after 15 minutes on the road, I have heard other brands which sound a little to foreign for me. Thanks for the advise oldguy16

I was a little surprised as well, but when he looked it up he said that there was nothing listed for the Fusion at all.
