  1. That is a picture I got off of ebay of a Milan steering wheel. I certainly have no intention of tearing my new car to pieces. I improving the trim on my plain SE camel interior with a combination of a trim kit and dipped molded components. To that end, I'm just trying to understand if the trim from a Milan wheel would fit on a Fusion. The silver portion for the Milan steering wheel seems to be a seperate plastic trim piece that mounts onto the wheel. Based on what I can see in the pictures, I think the underlying portion of the steering wheel is different on the Milan than the Fusion to accomdate this extra thickness. Looking at my Fusion wheel I don't think the trim would fit flush and properly unless the wheel was different.
  2. Does anyone know if the silver trim pieces on the Milan steering wheel around the buttons will fit on the Fusion wheel? Based on the pictures I've seen I suspect that the parts fit in a recess in the Milan steering wheel. However, the Fusion steering wheel does not have this recess.
  3. Is the wood trim in the picture accurate? I thought the wood trim in the camel SEL was a beige wood rather than the dark shown? I know that the wood trim in the Milan looks similar to this.
  4. Thanks. That clears everything up.
  5. Along the same lines, do you know if the analog clock in the Milan is any different than the clock in the Fusion?
  6. Thanks for clearing that up.
  7. I saw this picture also. However, I also the attached picture in which they don't look chrome. Have you seen one in person?
  8. On the Fusion the gauge bezels are plastic painted silver. What color are the bezels on the Milan? In some pictures they are shown chrome and others they are the same as the Fusion. Unfortunately I don't have a Mercury dealer near me to go look. I know the ones on the MKZ are chrome, but the fuel and temp gauges are different than the Fusion. Has anyone look around at aftermarket\custom gauge bezels?
