Yes, I did some searching on the web and found that Ford includes one after I made this post. The problem was that my Dad was unaware that the car came with one and he call both the dealer he bought the car from and another Ford dealer and neither knew of a funnel. He wanted to buy one. Maybe they just didn't think to tell him that one came with it. And I guess he missed that in the owners manual.

Hi Everyone, Big problem trying to fill the tank of a new Ford Fusion from a gas can when you run out of gas (Or trying to put injector cleaner in the gas tank) because The gas tank is capless. My dad made made a funnel for his Fusion out of some pipe and he can keep it in the trunk.
