Today my wife got into her 2009 Fusion SEL and the display says CAL....anyone know what this means?

Thanks Diffusion... I didn't realize that the computer used previous stats to determine Miles to Empty. Makes all the sense in the world now. She only drives about 6 miles a day to and from work. All in town.

My wife and I both have Fusion SEL's with the 3.0L V6... Hers is a 2009 and mine is a 2010.. When I fill mine up with gas my "Miles to Empty" often reads 400 miles +. I filled hers up today and it read 295 miles to empty. Mine has about 25,000 miles on it and hers is right at 16,000. Anyone have any ideas as to why the fuel mileage would be so different?
