Update:
Finally got an appointment to get the left upper control arm replaced today. They apparently have one tech who can do the repairs, and he was at training for a week, thus I got to wait. I now have a 1100 miles on the car, alignment still pulls, etc.
Dropped the car off at 0800 this morning and they tell me it will be a couple hours. After not hearing anything all morning and being stranded throughout the day, (I live outside of the dealers shuttle radius), I call the service department at 3PM to check the status. I am told it will be 4:30 or 5. The service advisor then calls me back two minutes later. While replacing the part, they decided to check the right side. The right side now needs to be replaced as well, but worse than the left. The car isn't drivable. Parts won't be in until Friday or Saturday, work will be done sometime next week, so under my extended warranty/service plans I get a rental car.
But...that's the current update. Still a little ticked. Over the last week I had gotten over the condemnation to lemonhood, but it has been brought back to life.
