shocking..... no pun intended

i just purchased my 2012 SEL V6 this week, so far excellent. the sync is a little tricky at first. i was in a SE 4cyl rental for 3 days prior to the purchase. and can report nothing unusual about either vehicle (granted mine has 250 miles on it) but the rental was at about 20k

yup its all very true. it was a total 1,110 repair but i was looking at another 2k in struts, exhaust and misc. repairs in the next year so i had to let her go not the way i wanted to do it but i felt it was best. but i did get a awesome deal and 0% financing on the 12 so here we are! 2012 SEL tuxedo black/black leather. all the options except BLIS and reverse camera (has sensors)

guess i will start over , picked up the 12 yesterday with 17 now at 120

just gave up the 06 SE for a 12 SEL

125,800 is where it looks like she will stop. the smart junction box cooked. and rather then spend $800+ for a repair i am set up to trade her in. if it goes as planned i will be picking up a 2012 SEL V6 black/black. i will miss that damn car i really will.

can happen to anything i have 2 vehicles at work that toyota had to send a field engineer to examine for a pulling concern. let them fix it thats what they do! mine got a steering rack at 11k under warranty. been bullet proof since (now 124k) granted its not a sport but don't give up yet!

we service all the local EPA pruis' at the toyota store i work for, but i do see a lot of FFH with us government plates

nobody supports my car obsession lol i got some stuff i needed for my new place though so that worked out

factory 08-09 "sport appearance package" they are hard to get! i was looking for them when i found my edge wheels (similar in design and i actually liked the lip and charcoal gray color) but try ebay. hell like myself you may find something else you like

i have the app but the escape is a so so i kinda like the front. but the rest of it looks like a rogue which = fail

123k and climbing! getting a squeak out of the front end though. might be time for some service (or a 2013 )

i had one go around 75-80k

aftermarket rims may need a spacer to fit correctly. i just mounted 4 brand new blizzaks today and it actually rides smoother than the 18" (i know they're out of balance) so if the tires are ok? ask for a road force balance that will show heavy spots on the tire and bad spots on the rims

mine's still truckin, 120k and like new

i had the opposite problem the rivets holding mine on were the plastic style and someone backed into me at home depot and the whole thing was lying on the ground because they broke. good thing i saw it as we have 2 plates here. i used plastic push clips to re-secure it (seems to be holding fine after a few months) so if anyone needs to re-install thats the way to go

its funny i put exactly 5,026 on my BMW in the last year, i bought it in 2007 and only added about 20k to it. i drive the fusion more in 1 year than the BMW total
