Ime 6'0" and have a 2012 SEL with 302A (moon/sony/bliss), and set my seat almost as high as it will go, with a little down in the rear. I have about 1" of clearance from the base of headliner.

Great thread! I had the same issue with my 2012 SEL. When I complained to the dealer I was outright told that the fogs are stationary with no possibility of adjustment. I used the above information, and now my fogs work as they should! Very simple adjustment. As mentioned in another thread - I was able to get to the two T15 adjustment screws by putting the car on ramps, and reaching in from the center.

Hello all - I am new to the forum and a new Fusion owner. I purchased a fully equipped 2012 Fusion SEL 302A + Lux package, and was a little disappointed in the light output from the headlights in low beam. I am going to try aiming, but having installed HIDs on my wife's 2011 Escape with great success, I am thinking of upgrading the Fusion as well. I am curious to know if anyone thinks the 2012 factory projectors will melt with the HIDs due to the different bulb shape? I realize the heat output is less - but if closer to the lens I am afraid they will melt. Penny for thoughts. Thanks! Clark
