  1. It’s probably a wheel speed sensor/wire. Look for obvious damage.
  2. 6 MILLION dollars is not a good deal. Thanks for playing.
  3. Unfortunately if she only drives short trips once or twice per week the battery will not stay charged. Thats also not good for the engine either. A longer trip once a week should help a lot. 15 minutes. Throwing it on a charger once a month would also help a lot. Switch to a larger AGM battery. As a last resort maybe an easy to reach disconnect when she won’t be driving for a few days.
  4. $6M is a little high - I think you got ripped off there. 😂
  5. No power to anything? Dead battery. One circuit? Blown fuse.
  6. In my experience if it’s random then it’s probably some type of communication error that corrects itself before a message can be displayed,
  7. I suggest changing the better if it’s more than. 3 years old or at least charging it and testing it.
  8. I hate to sound flip, but have you tried changing the battery? It can be strong enough to start the vehicle but cause strange electrical issues.
  9. Don’t know for sure but if the battery is more than 2.5 years old you might want to replace it and see what happens. Weak batteries will start the car but cause strange issues.
  10. And as our famous ford tranny engineer likes to say - if the filter is clogged enough to change it the tranny is already toast.
  11. It’s in the exhaust between the engine and catalytic converter.
  12. Usually the purge valve and/or Evap canister causing the starting issues after filling up. But the O2 sensor may be unrelated,
  13. Are you saying you can get the answer in just a few seconds using Google instead of posting it and waiting hours for complete strangers to do the research for you?
  14. If it clicks that’s a dead battery. It might be the connection for the battery monitoring system.
  15. Honestly the only solution to more power is to trade it for a 2.0L ecoboost or a 2017 Sport 2.7L. Or at least a 1.5L ecoboost with a tune.
  16. There is a receiver(antenna) on each side that senses the fob near the doors.
  17. Just remember the biggest issue with towing a heavy load is stopping especially with a relatively light tow vehicle.
  18. Check the negative ground to the chassis.
  19. Uh oh. I’m with Waldo on this one. You’ll never get a restart now message for anything other than push button start when the vehicle is turned off and the key is no longer detected. It doesn’t have to be that somebody else took the key out - as Waldo stated the battery could be borderline and was just barely strong enough to start it but then got weaker. Especially if a button was being pressed accidentally while in your pocket e.g.
  20. No they don’t work. I’ve personally seen dozens of people who had a battery test good with the old style load tester but failed the modern test which measures CCA. You need something like a solar ba7 to get an accurate test on a modern battery. They also do t fail the same way as older batteries and vehicles.
  21. Buy a lithium ion jumpstarter - $79 and you never have to wait for a jump.
