  1. Most CAI don't add any benefits unless you increase the tube diameter over stock and tune. I can tell you this one will make the car sound throaty, so it will add sound to it. Even on my new car (19 Mustang GT), the CAI is basically worthless unless you tune the car. bump
  2. Sorry I never got an email you replied. I think what makes it cold is the fact there is a heat shield. But this is a much larger debate. There’s no question though that Steeda makes great product. TTT.
  3. Hi All, I decided to remove the Steeda CAI on my 2010 Fusion Sport as I am giving the car to my wife (I ordered a 19 Mustang GT Premium). I have the original box and all original part and accessories for the install. I will also include filter cleaner and oil. I would say the intake has about 25,000 miles on it and I cleaned it once/year. Looking for $250 shipped (lower 48 states) OBO. PM me for any questions. Thanks Greg
  4. They are full emblems on the front. I got one for the rear emblem, and that one is a cover.
  5. Honestly, it would be easier to remove number. I com an get bumper and headlight off, bulb replaced and bumper back on in 20 min. Bumper is super easy to take on and off as well as headlight.
  6. Well the grille inserts are probably interchangeable, but I don't know for sure. If you paint it all to match the car it might be a bit much. You can always try plastidip since it can be removed if you don't like it.
  7. My parking lights are switchbacks from diode dynamics
  8. I would have much rather preferred using a heat gun to open where the seal is, but I was not messing with the permaseal.
  9. I did Dremel the back. I used a mini ship vac to control the dust. It did get in the housing so I took time with canned air and vacuum to clean it out. Needle nose pliers will do the trick to break off the parts near mounting points. Whatever you do, DO NOT Dremel that part. The dust it creates isassice and so fine you'd ruin the light and never get it clean.
  10. It was just an iPhone camera as there really isn't glare. It's only a DRL and not a running light, so I'm not concerned with beam pattern for illumination. I specifically stayed away from LED strings bc they look cheap and ricer. I'd be just another one of those people who threw on dim LEDs that provide zero functionality.
  11. So I wanted to add some LED DRL's without looking tacky and wanted good quality. I ended up getting some Philips Daylight 4 and used the first pic for my idea. It was not very easy to fit where I wanted it, but I think it worked out and I am pleased!
  12. Hey I forgot to put I only have the front. The rear was a stick on and I couldn't get it off. It would have for though. Lemme know if you want the front as it'll fit any 06-12. Ill ship to Canada's, but might charge a lil for the difference on shipping if its significant.
  13. Hey all, we traded in the wife's 09 Fusion SE 4cyl. I have a few parts from it I would like to sell. I can get pics ASAP, just haven't had a change to snap them. 1) OEM Headlights blackhoused and retrofitted with MH1 projectors. I did not do this retro, another member did. Relay harness and upgraded XB bulbs included. $400 shipped + fees to CONUS OBO. SOLD 2) Clear side markers - $25 shipped CONUS + fees 3) Ford Black Emblem. I bought this on eBay for my car and my wife's. I will let it go for $35 shipped CONUS + fees: 4) 4cyl chrome tail pipe covers - used for a few months. $30 shipped to CONUS + fees Thanks!
  14. Hi everyone, I have a 2010 Sport. It has the back up cam and the molding it it mounted to is chrome. I was wondering if anyone with the molding already black from factory would want to trade it for the chrome piece. Let me know!
  15. I personally don't want my low beam as my DRL. I might fabricate some sort of LED or 2nd set of fog lights as a DRL.
  16. What kit you going to get? I want to add some sort of DRL to my high beam and not low beam.
  17. Back to the OP question... I had an 07 Accord where I added the Factory Navi. Then I got my 2010 Sport wiht Factory Navi and it is 1 million times better than the Accord was. Add the Sony System to it, this set up is as good as any OEM set up I have encountered. Better thanmy dads 08 MKZ. The NAvi screen is huge, super clear, and really amazing. I would spend the extra money on it 2 fold.
