DDM error eliminator ?
norbs8 replied to bigreggie221's topic in Glass, Headlights, Fog lamps, Lenses & Window Tint
If you have a DDM kit they have a life warranty. If you contact them they will replace the part for free. DDM has a good customer service. If your other light works fine I would not worry about it. -
DDM error eliminator ?
norbs8 replied to bigreggie221's topic in Glass, Headlights, Fog lamps, Lenses & Window Tint
Sounds like you have a bad ballast. Error eliminators are not needed on a 2011 ford fusion. -
Mainly just sound. You may gain up to 5hp.

Well I got a clean 2010 SE V6 with 40k miles for 14,200 out the door tax and all other fees included. Took 3 hours to get them to that price and 3 calls to their GM... but worth it lol. The only thing wrong with my car is I don't like the color, and the back tires need to be replaced within 15k miles.

I'm looking for projects to start doing on my fusion to bring some more class to it and the first thing I want to do is swap my non heated mirrors for ones that are and that also have the puddle lamp. My question to you guys is has anyone done this, and does the mirror plug come pre-wired for these options.

My advice is to not remove the cord from the glove box. I did not and had plenty of room to work. "It seem to fly off like a tight rubber band being released" that gave me a good laugh tho. I had no issues removing or replacing the air filter. As long as you fold it down and it slides in fairly easily. The entire project took me under 10min (first time doing it). And 5 of those 10 were failing to remove the cord from the glove box so I just left it.

Ya its the same thing , just saving you 300$. But honestly you really gain nothing but sound by doing that.

That maybe a hard thing to find. I have never seen ones for the Fusion but the ones I have seen have all been from companies in japan with websites that are all in Japaneses.

accidentally trigger passive anti-theft
norbs8 replied to blogan52's topic in Alarms, Keyless Entry, Locks & Remote Start
I would say it is the RFID read ring in the steering column or the RFID chip inside your key fob. Do you have a second key you can use to test this? Also do you work around any really strong magnets? I have herd of keys that stop working once put onto one of the retail store de-tagers.- 3 replies

Well once you hit 90 your eyesight tends to go. I'm 24, and love the gauges hell even my mom, every time she sees them at night comments how cool they look. Now the Milan gauge colors are a little off and I can see how they can be hard to read. But my 2010 fusion gauges can be read from the car in the next lane.
