  1. Spotted a fusion wagon this afternoon in Livonia MI!
  2. Thanks for the info, bbf2530. LFsoccer2k6, I have never taken the bumper off anything. About the most I have ever done to a car is change the front brake pads, fuel filter, plugs... That kind of stuff. Still trying to research which kit I want to buy anyway so I am not in a rush. Thinking of ordering from Xenon Expert.
  3. Thanks, that's what I am trying to decide. It's been so hot lately that I haven't wanted to anything to my car. It's been in the high 90's and low 100's for weeks, being a Michigander I am NOT used to that kind of heat for so long. I have a garage but it's not climate controlled. It's supposed to cool down a bit so I may go for it myself.
  4. Has anyone here had HIDs installed by a "pro"? Now that my tint is done I am going to order HIDs soon and called my local Car Electronics Installer and they said $88 to install my supplied parts. They offer some HIDs as well but only in 8k, I want 5k. So I guess my question is, is paying $88 worth it? Sounds like a decent deal to me.
  5. Looking good, man!
  6. Wow, that makes the stock rims look much better. When I read you wanted to paint your sport rims, I was going to say just get new ones. I don't like the sport rims but with the inside black, I do like them.
  7. Wow, I am surprised too that so many are getting in the 400s. I have a 06 2.3 and am getting around 430. Though I am doing about half city and half freeway every day. So I am sure it could be improved.
  8. I was pretty bummed my M&P wouldn't quite fit. Yeah, neither maps nor owners manual fit... So now it's home to my spare sunglasses.

    Ambient lighting

I usually ran mine to the radio fuse with a fuse splice and put a switch somewhere. If you want them to come on when your lights do, you can just splice behind your light switch. If you have auto lights, you will have to look up the wiring.
  10. I ended up doing 35% as well. I think it's pretty much perfect.
  11. That looks nice. It does look like he sacrificed quite a bit of space though. Thanks for posting it. Something to think about.
  12. Anyone using a full size spare in their trunk? There is a guy locally selling a scarred up stock rim for only $20. Was thinking of picking it up and using it as a FS spare if it will fit in the space in the trunk.

Sorry I can't help you. I am looking into the same thing and found your thread.
  14. Must of been a hefty deer.
  15. I registered there a couple weeks ago under the same name as here and am also awaiting approval. Seems like a lot of info there I could benefit from. Thanks.
