Get your tires up to 40psi and don't use your AC by rolling down the driver and R rear passenger window 1" for cross ventilation. This should give you about 2-3 extra mpg. If at all possible go below 62mph for close to 50mpg with CC.

I heard that some people have driven them but no mention of 47 mpg only that they are great looking and like the ride.
