  1. Seems the same on my '14 fusion as it was on my '11 explorer, maybe a bit more responsive. It's not that bad, unless you are one of the less lucky ones. I do hope there is an upgrade path to QNX. It's a solid choice, it's not "blackberry" per se as was pointed out above. The two things I hate: 1. Only pairing one phone at a time. 2. I miss applink that I had in my '12 fusion.
  2. Thanks for that. I didn't ask the dealer, but I wasn't sure they didn't know. If I don't hear something tomororw I will call and ask for a lock in on incentives. Thanks!
  3. I do have a friend with a hybrid. He is harder on the gas than me and has gotten 36 over the winter. I'd bet that is at least 14MPG better than a turbo driven in the fun way. I don't drive enough miles to get the payback on the price premium, you might.
  4. Binary treatment of the gas pedal...more fun with the turbo I'm sure...but a lot more gas used. I don't have mine yet, but I bet you could cut the sticker mileage a lot if you have more fun with the gas pedal. Have you driven both yet? I read somewhere here 2015s start pretty soon.
  5. When does the news of what these are come out? My Fusion is late...and I travel until late April starting in a couple days. So, I am wondering what rebates and finance options are coming. If I can't get the same rebates and 0% I might not ge the car. That will be a little sad with how excited I have been for delivery. I don't need it so I will wait another quarter if it is a matter of thousands of dollars. I'm not sure the dealer would share if they know...so I was hoping someone here knows.
  6. Good toy. I have driven a few. I was very surprised at the performance on the six, and the handling was impressive.
  7. Sweet! I appreciate the info. Edit: A simple test this morning with my laptop bag left me happily incorrect.
  8. Too late for me, but maybe I should have waited a few weeks and gone for a 2015.
  9. Moving from a 2012 SEL to a 2014 Titanium in less than a week. Brought me back here to look a little. Figured I would say hi this time.
  10. I sort of expected Flat Rock since I got hte heated steering wheel and it was late avilability. Got my VIN Monday when my car hit the assembly line in Mexico. Doesn't bother me.
  11. Same deal here. I got my 2012 knowing the new body was coming. It killed resale, so I am not buying my 2012. My 2014 hit the assembly line Monday. I can't complain, my 2012 was loaded with all but the V6 and nav and I paid under $170/mo with nothing down. No loss to me.
  12. I had a hybrid for a rental, and it ran all electric pretty well. I suspect the energi will kick in the engine the same way if you have a heavy foot. It's not "all electric no matter how hard you mash the gas" as far as I know. Just something to consider.
  13. Wouldn't matter anyway. They don't actually heat up until they detect weight. At least my 2012 doesn't. I don't have remote start, and when I start it and hit the seats they aren't heated when I get in.
