I hear you, mine basically fell apart... Complete garbage cars I would NEVER EVER EVER buy North American AGAIN. Go Japanese, like honestly these crook car companies can't even make one that last 3 years none the less 5 without just falling completely apart... I feel sorry for you and even more myself because I bought it new.

Truly, truly. Everyone was right, your mom, your dad, your brother, your cousin, your cousin's friend when they told you that Ford vehicles are pieces of ****. Now add to that list, a backup camera that doesn't work and a sun roof seal that is leaking and rusting out the top of the car. Absolutely completely piece of *** car. Everything that could go wrong did, everything you hoped would be reliable wasn't. I feel like to biggest fool for ever buying a Ford car. 16 issues in, 5 years and rusting out on me and falling apart. $52,000 CAD price paid. NEVER EVER BUY A FORD. If you are reading this please I PLEAD with you GO BUY A FREAKING CAMRY!

Have a look mine has the exact same problem, I'm surprised there is no recall on this considering it's a fire hazard! 1) Buttons still work on sync for heated and cooled seats, going from off to 3, 2, 1 bars 2) No click from the relay as usual 3) Burned out connector and module See attached, this is the passenger side module for both seats.

Hi, Is it really just me or are these cars pieces of crap compared to the Japanese brands? Don't get me wrong, the Fusion is a decent car but the sheer number of problems with it have left me angry and wanting to warn others about the poor quality of these expensive machines. 2015 Fusion Energi here. 1) Charge Port Ring Light burnt out, just outside of warranty. It's LED for gosh sakes! 2) SD Card Navigation Fault all the time 3) 12v Battery completely discharges, can't even get into the car 4) Rear strut mount died at 60,000 miles (96,000 kms) 5) Recall for steering wheel bolt 6) Recall for 3 bolts in the steering gear 7) TCU for My Ford Mobile (specific to Energi cars) dies every 3-5 weeks, just says ESN unknown, requiring a fuse pull or the 12v battery to be disconnected 8) 120v Charger Cord died, also just out of warranty, always throwing a red triangle, had to buy one from china for $200 which negates tons of fuel savings not to mention it's built way better! 9) Now I have a click pop noise accelerating and decelerating from a stop Edit: Add 10) To this to the list, my car almost catches fire. This company just like Boeing this company is run by clowns. Do you self a favor and buy Japanese. Like what a piece of **** car, obviously the warranty is so short for a reason. I get zero sympathy from Ford dealers and they just want to suck more money out. Quoted $365 to install a $0.64 washer x2 and replace the bolts and nuts $1 and change. How has your experiences been?

A little disappointed in Ford here. A little bit of machine learning and you can guess people's drives / charge opportunities. Why drain the battery in the first 15 minutes heating and propelling if you if driver's off to work. Every MFT fusion hybrid & energi have GPS regardless of Navigation or not. My favorite mode is on the highway when it will do half gas and half electricity after stepping on it to get onto the highway. But the instant I let off at even 100KM/h it just goes back into EV, even using 5KW for heating even though the engine will be hot in no time.

Yeah the range is good for me and fine in the summer, about 50 KM... In the winter though, 20? What's the point? Also there's isn't an eco setting for the heating. Uses 5 KW for about 15 minutes before it calms down, by that time the battery is already toast. I usually take short drives and without temperature / fan presets its just a pain.

1 -> Climate control does suck. It doesn't keep the temperature, is always over or under. Overall not a good experience especially in the hybrid / energi. 2 -> Steering is too loose for my taste. Here in toronto going over the streetcar tracks the car steering wheel jerks and overall not good. My 2005 Chevrolet Optra has more commendable and stable steering. 3 -> Drivers seat really isn't that comfortable compared to other manufactureres 4 -> Adaptive cruise doesn't work under < 20 KM/h.... Other manufacturers go to 0. 5 -> Lane keep isn't the best compared to Mercedes or Infiniti.

Yeah I don't actually like being able to see right into the car and the radiator... Uhh not really liking it to be honest. The rear does look better, the front they should have kept chrome and not opened up the bottom.

Same here... Way too hot and way too cold... Its like it only goes off of some sensor somewhere in the cabin and neglects the fact its blowing way hotter air or way colder air on me and my passengers. I chalked it up to being the hybrid and now energi. But yes, the climate control is probably the biggest gripe I have with the fusion.

Hmm all this could be an ECU fix away... I will be checking my plugs tomorrow when I install my HID kit and LED parking lamps. Any response from Ford? I feel mine is probably running too rich a mixture as well. The engine sounds more sputtery than a new one should.

Two days! Its in the rail yard right next to the dealership but they still have to wait for it to be unloaded and delivered to them by truck.

Great thanks for the info... Lame that the "6 speaker" system is 4 doors and two tweeters. I will be trying out and probably be replacing the speakers same weekend I get the vehicle. Kevin

I am still waiting for the vehicle since its original delivery date of October 29th was missed.
