after doing some more research, there is initially a quick grey screen like on a TV signal where there is no channel reception then goes to the BLUE screen, could this be something as simple as a computer reset?

what is "THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH" quoted by new member above? anybody know how the picture comes to be versus the blue square that appears and then goes away in a second or two which is what is happening now

MY WIFE's 2012 Fusion SEL the mirror back up camera when put in reverse goes blue and then out no picture appears, it worked great before car only has 5k miles

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion for my wife with the mirror back up camera and sensor, which worked great and she loves it the car now has 3500 miles and when she puts it in reverse you just get a blue image where the image used to appear and it also almost immediately goes away, any ideas, I HATE GOING TO THE DEALER Thanks
