I took the Sport Fusion to the Dealer and had them DISABLE the Global opening.

Well finally got the Global Opening option disabled this morning 10/26/2012 after talking with Fords customer service people for a week and t the he dealers service people for 3 days they finally agreed to disable it at no cost. Now maybe I can enjoy my 2012 Fusion Sport with out having to worry about me opening the windows accidentally during a thunderstorm and having it getting flooded.

I have a 2012 Sport and I have accidentally pressed the unlock button with the keys in my pocket while sitting in a restaurant and the windows went down and the moon roof up and thank god it wasn't raining. I am in the process of getting this disabled. If this had happened a couple of weeks ago while I was at a funeral home it would have been a disaster because we had a tremendous rain storm come through and it would have flooded the car.

Thanks I will have to do that. I didn't think anyone read the owners manual. Is there a way to disable this feature?

On the key fob I only have 4 buttons. Lock & unlock doors, unlock trunk, & panic button.

I think I may have an electrical problem, the following is what has happened: First I noticed that the back of the Moon roof had raised up. no problem with that as I do not use the moon roof so I removed the fuse. I went into a store with the car locked and all windows up. Came out and both front windows were down. Also the window lock button does not lock the windows where the other controls should not operate anything. My question has anyone had a problem with the windows in a 2012 Fusion?

Is there any where I can get a cover for the center console of a 2012 Fusion Sport? Our small dog moves from the rear seat to the front and she slides off the leather console. Any help would be appreciated.
