Ford to offer gas-electric hybrid police pursuit cars

The FFH been used in NYC for years now. I've seen high speed chases there over 100 MPH. -
I just changed out the winter tires on my 2013 MKZh and 5 lug nuts were replaced. Luckily I had 20 spares from when I bought the snow tires from Tire Rack. When I had this problem on my 2010 I bought 20 from Pepboys for $35.00. You'd have thought Ford would have fixed this years ago. BTW dealer full price for 20 is $186.00. The tech that worked on my car said Ford now supplies the dealers with a special socket that works really well.

I had the mirror problem (driver's side only) shortly after delivery of my 2013 FFH. The dealer was told by the Ford rep. that the fix was to replace the mirror. Fixed under warranty and not further issue with up until the time I sold it.

The Weathertech's still lack dead pedal coverage.

I spray a little eyeglass cleaned on the cloth Ford provides and clean the screen. I do the same for the piano plastic and dash lenses.

The are also a lot of dirt roads in Michigan. You don't have to travel very far off of 75 and you are in dirt road land.

I had the same issue with my 2010 Fusion. I went to a sunroof specialist and he installed a new/old sunroof that was in a wrecked 2010. Total cost to me was $400. It worked fine for the rest of the time I owned it and I'm glad I did it as when I sold it that was the first feature the new owner tested.

Contact a junkyard that does part locating. They can find one from another junkyard and have it shipped to them. BTW your 2014 mirror was used for a number of years. I know a 2013 will fit yours. You may even find the color you want. In 2013 I bought a complete spare tire and kit from a wrecked 2013 gas model for my FFH that came with the canister. The wrecked car was in Florida. Just looked on ebay. There's a lot of them various colors and prices. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2053587.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.X2014+fusion+door+mirrors.TRS0&_nkw=2014+fusion+door+mirrors&_sacat=0

The cars come from the factory with tie down anchors points (for lack of a better term. They are on all four corners of the car and the dealer is supposed to remove them at delivery. I've had two Fords where the dealer forgot to remove them and I just left them on. These are closed loop anchors that would work. My '99 Taurus had them and came in handy when I buried it in the snow, Tow driver just used one to pull it out of the snow. I would think a dealer would be able to help you out. The anchors are used to tie the cars down during transport. Hope this helps.

His info on the side of his post says he has a 2013 Fusion. So it's MFT.

No the car was still under warranty. I've bought several cars from this dealer they turned on the DRLs on my '13 FFH and my '13 MKZh for free. I've heard of other dealers charging $50 to do it. Depends on what kind of relationship you have with them.

It used to happen to me and the dealer re-flashed it. It tried a master reset and that didn't work.

Moving to Arizona? Make sure you get a very low deductible for comprehensive coverage. I lived there for 15 years and went through many-many windshields on multiple cars.
