On another note, has anyone checked out the Mondeo (European verion) headlights? They are a lot nicer and don't have the ugly amber turn signal. I am hoping they become available for sale here or at least an after market alternative. The turn signal is the only thing I don't like about the exterior. I know its a small detail but it bugs me.

I had my last car tinted the same 18% all around, drove it in FL for 3 years and never got a ticket. The legal limit on the fronts here is 28% and 15% on the back. I just dont like the way 28% looks really so I am willing to risk it.

You can definitely adjust the height on the seat.

I am averaging 18.6ish if I am heavy on the pedal and 19-20 in normal city driving. Best I got on the highway was 23.6 (resetting the computer when I got on the highway and cruising at 65). I am hoping it gets better once the engine is broken in.

Proud owner of a new 2013 Titanium here. Overall happy with my purchase. This car gets attention everywhere I go. I tinted it 18% all the way around which really added some class to the look. My main complaints so far are the myfordtouch having some issues, the clock randomly displays the wrong time and my phone doesn't alway sync. Also the MPG I am averaging is not even close to the stated numbers. They say 22/33 and I average around 18.6(city driving heavy foot) 20(city driving light foot) /23.6.(highway with cruise at 65) The highway MPG is really disappointing, I reset the calculator as soon as I got on the highway and drove 30 miles at a steady 65 and best I got was 23.6. Anyway overall a great car, I have yet to calculate the MPG myself (not using the cars computer) and only have 1000 miles so it may get better once the engine is fully broken in.

I have put about 750 miles on my 2013 Fusion Titanium 2.0 and my mileage has been terrible (at least according to the trip computer, I haven't calculated myself yet). I drive primarily city and average 18.6. Granted I drive it like I stole it once in awhile but even when I drive normal I average 19.5-20. On a recent 30 mile highway drive I reset the calculator when I got on the highway and drove 65 with no real fluctuations in speed and averaged 23.6. That is completely unacceptable. I feel like 33 highway would be impossible to achieve.
