Yeah mine is out of warranty. Is it a mirror problem or is it a problem where the mirror mounts to windshield

Embarrassed to say but I think I wasn't pushing button in far enough or something. I dis it the same way I did it the first time. I'm clueless to a real answer. Now as soon as my fob gets here I will program it instead of paying the dealer

Yeah I held it for at least a minute and no honking. I'm confused. I hope the switch is not bad? I don't wanna pay the dealer to do it.

I found the overuse switch but can't get the car to honk the three times to program. I have foot on brake and key to on position

Awesome instructions. The main harness your talking about do you mean coming from the brain of the remote start? Dealer wants 37 bucks for one remote. Any place cheaper to find one?

I know this is a little old and hope your still on the forum. how was your shaking? mount seems to move where it attaches to windshield. when parked and go to adjust my mirror the entire assembly moves making it had to adjust the mirror because if i move the mirror up its moving at the windshield to so when i set it and let go the mirror drops about an inch how do i fix this

heres the deal I bought a 2010 fusion last weekend and while driving it home i noticed an antenna that looks like <----oooo----> by the rear view mirror. So i looked under the dash and see it has factory remote start. looked at the window sticker and there it be remote start put on at the factory. Heres my problem... I do not have any fobs for it. dealer shows 2 choices but dont know which one. I assume its the bi-directional and the basic one. How do i know which one I have? dealers have tried looking it up on their computers without success. I cant believe they cant tell by my vin

just got a 2010 fusion sport this weekend. I got to drive it home 5 hours away so got to know the car nicely on the drive home. first plans are tint. then probably all the normal ungrades people do. will see how it goes the harley will always come first
