I had the same problem and tried everything including a brand new battery. The problem ended up being the factory stereo system, once disconnected the problem was solved instantly and I no longer have to come out to a dead battery in the AM or anytime I let the car sit for any length of time. Hope this helps someone else, I know I was ready to lose it looking for the problem. Good luck!!
