2013 SE, 2.0, FWD All the above come on. Car drives fine. Remind me of when the restraint control module went bad. There was a recall on that. If I remember correctly, the GPS was messed up when that occurred. So I put on Nav screen and it is close, but sometimes goes crazy then straightens out. Often shows not on any road, then corrects. Since no longer under warranty, thinking about trying to fix myself. Any thoughts on what issue could be? My wife was driving in bad weather when this suddenly happened. I guess need forscan and a ELM reader to start. But I am confused. Forscan is free download. Do I need license to diagnose or only if I want to change settings?

my 2013 fusion SE had same symptoms about a week ago. front airbag light came on constantly hill start assist not available message service advance trac message stability control light is on constantly stability control off light is on constantly GPS went bonkers then OK again when putting in reverse and rear camera comes on, the white line that moves as steering wheel is turned and shows path when backing up no longer appeared the passenger airbag "OFF" light (orange near windshield) comes on and then goes off with no one in the passenger seat dealer said RCM and on backorder. surprised your dealer said unsafe to drive? I am waiting on new fuel tank (TSB 13-6-3 can only get about 13 gallons in tank when DTE has been 0 for about 10 miles) so they told me to keep rental till tank is done and then can pick up car till RCM available. I will ask about safety to see what he says. no abs light. yeh no stability control but it is summer so that is probably not as important and I don't drive this car like I drive my other car on the track. no airbag deployment may be issue. of course I wear seatbelt but there is a reason all cars have airbags nowadays.

looking at buying a fusion. found one that has what I want but it has the 203 B (standard) interior. I don't like the way it looks with the blacked out inserts where the fog lights are. Can you retrofit fog lights? Is the wiring harness there and is the wiring in place for the switch? I am not even sure where the switch for fog light is located. Does it require too much disassembly of dash to get to location of switch to add it? Or is the dash different if it doesn't come with fog lights and it isn't possible to add them in standard location.
