Back when I had a Focus, there were a couple of people who swapped the auto out for manual (we're talking 2008+ here) and it basically was the transmission, shifter and pedals, the computer worked fine with the manual, if I recall correctly, the only thing people ran into was that the shift up light didn't come on, and if you swapped the other way, the light would sometimes come on -Nick

Hey Thom, Unfortunately I ran into two problems trying to epoxy it. First was the fact that there wasn't enough meat where it needed to be glued, and second was that I couldn't get the glass out since its such a huge project. I ended up just taking off the wind deflector. Its not really noticeable with it gone, and the sunroof now works! -Nick

I've been looking for some touchup paint as well, since mullinax screwed up my rim and won't own up to it even though I have pictures before and after having them touch it. The link I posted is Directly what Ford Uses. It is the Factory Service Manual. Its a dvd you use on a Computer.

Looks sweet so far! As far as painting the inside the same as the body color, you can get I believe its Rustoeluem Spray Paint that looks almsot identical to the blue flame, atleast thats what I did on my Focus -Nick
