  1. A few weeks after buying new tires for my 2013 Fusion hybrid this spring (installed on existing wheels), the 'tire pressure sensor fault' light came on after I would drive 13 miles (it will go off if I don't drive for 24-36 hours but illuminates whenever I surpass 13 miles). The tire store staff confirmed that all 4 sensors are functioning properly and they found the computer code B124D for this fault notice, which notes other causes for this problem: faulty body control module, body control module harness = open or shorted, body control module circuit with poor electrical connection. Has anyone else had this problem NOT caused by the pressure sensors themselves? It sounds like it may be difficult to diagnose an intermittent electrical or electronics problem so I haven't approached the dealer yet (I can certainly manually check tire pressure regularly). But having the light come on flashing and then persisting until I don't drive the car for a day or more is annoying.
  2. Because my 2013 fusion hybrid does not have a jack (or spare tire), I have to use a hydraulic jack to change out my summer wheels/tires for winter ones. The hydraulic jack support will not fit at the jack points noted in the fusion (non-hybrid) owner's manual. Where can I place the jack?
  3. my 2013 fusion hybrid has had an erratically functional voice button for the last 1 1/2 years - starting about months after I bought the car; dealer has tried 2 fixes but it still does not operate at least a few times/month. I want this fixed by spring 2016 when warranty expires. Anyone else have this problem and if so has it been repaired?
  4. 6 months ago, about a year after I bought my 2013 Fusion hybrid, the voice button would not engage (it did not ring and the functions like climate, radio, phone, services could not be accessed); the problem was occasional and then more frequent. The dealer replaced a control module for this function after which the voice button worked for a week and then became erratic as before. I took it in again yesterday, and they cannot find any error codes so they reinstalled the software on this feature. The voice button worked twice but failed once yesterday and again today. The dealer doesn't seem to have other ideas and claims this problem has not occurred on other cars it services. While I don't need voice-activated commands often, when I do need them I can't assume they'll be available. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and how it's been resolved, if it has.
